MacrolactoneDB is a database that was recently published and derives from a collaboration with Dr. Phyo Phyo Kyaw Zin and Dr. Gavin Williams (NCSU). It consists of ~14,000 macrolactones along with their physicochemical properties and any data available from a selection of databases shown below. We provide this to the community in the hope that it will inspire analysis of these molecules for therapeutic uses.
